Our approach

Accessibility is part of design, content, development, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, currently WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as a reference for ongoing improvement. This statement describes an approach and does not claim that every page, state, integration, or third-party component fully conforms.

Current practices include

  • Semantic headings and readable content structure
  • Keyboard-aware navigation and visible focus behavior
  • Text alternatives for meaningful website imagery
  • Responsive layouts, text fit, and touch-target review
  • Labels, instructions, validation, and feedback for forms
  • Contrast and reduced-motion consideration in the visual system

Ongoing work

Accessibility requires review as content, software, and third-party tools change.

Test important paths

We review representative pages, menus, links, forms, responsive states, and keyboard behavior as the site evolves.

Address useful feedback

Specific reports help identify barriers that automated tools, visual checks, or limited device testing may miss.

Document outside limits

Embedded, linked, or vendor-controlled tools may have accessibility conditions outside our direct control. We will look for practical alternatives when possible.

Request assistance or report a barrier

Email info@catskillsdigitalmarketing.com or call (631) 559-5336. Include the page address, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier encountered, and the browser, device, or assistive technology involved when available. We will review the request and work toward a reasonable response or alternative.
